kitr.ai is an AI automation agency helping companies streamline operations with custom-built automation flows and AI assistants. We use tools like n8n, Supabase, and LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Mistral) to power your workflows.

2. Using Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell them without permission.

You’re responsible for:

• Any credentials/API keys you provide

• Ensuring your use complies with local laws and any third-party platform policies

3. Intellectual Property

All custom automation flows, templates, and tools we build for clients remain the property of kitr.ai unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without explicit permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

All pricing is clearly communicated in proposals or contracts.

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will not be renewed

• High-ticket services are non-refundable once the project is initiated

• Custom packages or retainers follow the agreed billing schedule

5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to build reliable systems, but we are not liable for:

• Any lost profits, business interruptions, or missed opportunities

• Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g. API downtime, rate limits)

Use of our services is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you’re in violation of these terms or misuse our systems in any way.
